Web Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Accountable for planning, coordinating, designing and management of all digital content (including images, copy, PDFs, videos, etc) to ensure that the Company’s web site is updated regularly with improved creativity and content as well as other digital related communication media.
- Assists in design and development of web templates, cartridges and pages utilizing current content management systems
- To ensure web content effectively communicates purpose and disseminated in the appropriate channel to the intended target audience.
- Serves as the department expert on content management software, functioning as the liaison between IT and Sales and Marketing teams.
- Partners with program leads, technical staff, and vendors to execute current initiatives; collaborates with IT on overall direction, priorities, accuracy of content, recommendations for enhancements; identifies challenges and solutions.
- Manage and ensure the strict maintenance of inflow and outflow of content.
- To provide creative input in planning the creatives.
- Manages content delivery dates in accordance with published calendars.
- Ensure marketing communications produced is in accordance to corporate branding standards and guidelines and ensuring all deliverables are produced in due diligence.
- Utilizes content request system to retrieve job requests from stakeholders, Project Managers, or outside agencies. Evaluates job requests and independently prioritize workload based on overall launch schedules.
- Handle department feedback/complaints effectively and follow through on the issues to gather mutually satisfactory resolution (for all parties involved).

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree and effectively bilingual with good copywriting and proof-reading skills (minimum A2 grade at GCE O Levels or B3 grade for GP at GCE A Levels)
- Proficient with MS Office and Adobe software, Flash, JavaScript/jQuery and familiar with HTML/HTML5, Java, C++, C#, CMS (PHP)
- Exposure to digital apps creation, web design and or programming, a plus
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms & tools with working knowledge of utilizing social media for business
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in digital marketing or in managing digital projects
- Strong content management and copywriting skills
- Fluency in both English & Chinese (to cater to Chinese speaking ABOs)
- Competent in HTML, HTML5, CSS, and Javascript, Wordpress, Microsoft office suite
