1. Familiarise with key company products i.e. PLC, Control Panel, alarms and pressure/temperature sensors etc.

2. Design and review of technical documentations i.e. Mechanical and electrical drawings etc.

3. Perform service maintenance and troubleshoot for Praxis automation systems (Onboard and Inhouse).

4. Inhouse and onsite testing and commissioning of project system.

5. Design user interface for system monitoring/control functions according to project specification.

6. Collaborate with sales team, clients and external vendors during projects and services.

7. Perform assistance task on maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration on Praxis automation systems.

8. Assist to prepare, maintain, and print project documents and drawings.

9. Provide commissioning / service for Praxis Automation products on site locally.

10. Provide electrical and software support for Praxis equipment and systems.

11. Assist engineers to test new hardware/software prior to production implementation, along with completing the technical reports required.

12. Other duties/activities as assigned by supervisor.

13. Communicate and resolve equipment problems working with other team members.

**Requirements**:
14. Minimum of Diploma & Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering

15. Onboard background or equivalent with vessel system knowledge

16. Electrical/electronic component knowledge will be preferred

17. Able to learn and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

18. Proficient in design and calculation software.

19. Experienced in the below fields of relevance or equivalent will be a plus.
- Ship automation
- Applicable codes related to electronic engineering (IEC 1131)
- PLC programming and troubleshooting using structure text programming.

20. Strong team player with effective interpersonal skills

21. On the job training will be provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
