**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Warehouse Manager in planning, organizing and supervising all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching of goods
- Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory records and timely replenishment
- Implement and enforce safety standards, warehouse policies and procedures to optimise productivity and minimise risks
- Supervise and provide guidance to the warehouse team, delegating tasks and ensuring targets are met
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency
- Prepare and analyse performance reports to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
- Liaise with other departments, such as logistics and customer service, to ensure seamless workflow and excellent customer service

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a warehouse/logistics supervisory role
- Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and procedures
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems and inventory control software
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and time management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, providing guidance and training as needed
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders
- Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Forklift and/or other materials handling equipment operation certification would be an advantage
