Proactively share your knowledge of our tea blends and accessories to confidently recommend products and meet store targets. - **Product Expertise**:Become an expert on our teas, from our classic favorites to new seasonal blends. You will be a go-to resource for customers, helping them understand our "farm-to-cup" philosophy and the art of brewing. - **Store Operations & Visual Merchandising**:Maintain the store's pristine appearance and inviting atmosphere. This includes keeping displays organised, assisting with inventory, and ensuring our products are showcased beautifully. - **Point-of-Sales Transactions**:Handle all sales, returns, and payment processes with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring a smooth checkout experience for every customer. - **Team Collaboration**:Work closely with the team to ensure the store runs smoothly every day. Your energy and positive attitude will be key to a dynamic and collaborative workplace. - **Compliance**:Uphold all company standards and policies, from sales procedures to safety protocols. **Minimum Requirements** - A highly driven, positive, and outgoing attitude with a passion for tea. - Excellent communication skills. - A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a premium retail environment.
