The aim is to develop surfactant formulations with appropriate technical and economical performances to allow pilot and full field deployment, and to support industrialization and field tests. **We count on you for**: - Lead and manage R&D projects via close collaboration with regional and global R&I teams - Design, conduct experiments and fulfill the project milestone within the timeline independently to deliver customer projects - Continuous improvement of our chemical portfolio - Oral and written communications of technical results to our partners and customers. - Literature survey to upgrade technical capabilities and understand competitor’s position - Regional travels to customers, conferences and workshops (
