You will be joining the market leader in Integrated Automotive Leasing and Capital Financing Solutions in Singapore. The Group has since expanded internationally into China and Malaysia operating business networks covering the major markets of both countries
**Responsibilities:
- **
**Manager (Team Lead) position-**
- Ensure monthly overall sales targets are met
- Lead, manage and motive a team of BD Managers / Relationship Managers to ensure productivity, work quality and good team morale
- Develop and guide sales team in business processes, product knowledge and leads generation
- Track and review sales staff performance and provide a revenue forecast against sales target, close any gaps in performance
- Ensure due diligent is performed to ensure accuracy of all Credit Proposal submitted by RMs
- Equipped with latest market needs/trend to build new businesses, identify opportunities and established new prospects
- Maintain good business networking to explore opportunities that generate leads
**Executive position:
- **
- Acquiring new corporate clients
- Servicing and fostering relationships with existing accounts
- Conduct reviews & customize solutions to adhere to customer’s financial needs
- Actively seeking referrals from new & existing clients by establishing network of business contacts
- Maintain a high standard of service quality & compliance
- Generate & achieve revenue targets assigned
**Requirements:
- **
- Posses Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales or Marketing
- At least 2-7 years of relevant experience in SME Banking/ Corporate Lending /Mortgage and Property Loans
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in people management and coaching for team lead positions
- Self-motivated and sales driven
