Singapore GREEN CHERRY BAKERY PTE. LTD. Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Open and close the retail outlet independently
- Operate the **Point-of-Sale (POS) system**accurately
- Manage product display and restocking of bakery items
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the retail space
- Take and manage customer orders (walk-in and online, if applicable)
- Handle cash, payments, and daily sales reconciliation
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Ensure product freshness and compliance with food safety standards
- Assist in light food packing or preparation, if required
- Provide friendly and attentive service to all customers

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1-2 years of relevant experience**in bakery, café, or retail F&B setting
- **Able to work independently**and take initiative
- Proficient in using **POS systems**and handling basic sales reports
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended hours

**Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)**:

- Food Hygiene Certificate
- Experience in handling online orders (e.g. Grab, Foodpanda)
- Interest or knowledge in baked goods and ingredients
