Responsible for tool fabrication (Plastic and Die Casting) and meeting customer requirements and expectations.
- Provide Fabrication Schedule to the customers
- Monitor and provide feedback on the fabrication progress to the customer.
- Modify Existing tooling to suit customer production requirements.
- Analyze production and machinery lines.
- Ensure quality output of products.
- Develop and design engineered plastic parts, and insert molded parts and assemblies.
- Liaise with customers for all project tooling and technical matters.
- Analyze quality control and correct flaws.
- Review existing validation reports.
- Create new reports and verifications.
- Analyze Moldflow, part advisor analysis, finite element analysis, and stress/fatigue analysis on plastics.
- Create water diagrams and hot runner wiring schematics.
- Prepare mold-filling simulations.
- At least 2-5 years of work experience in Precision Engineering (Tool & Die Casting)
- Good knowledge of the design & fabrication of Plastic Injection & Die Cast Molds.
- Must have strong math and communication skills in addition to being able to multitask and work with mínimal supervision.
- Must have active learning, judgment, time management, and organizational skills.
