You will be part of the Human Resource Division that supports and enables our business divisions to achieve SSG’s organisation goals.

You will be responsible for the following:

- Provide professional and strategic advice and data-based insights, to support group and divisional Leadership with regards to HR solutions and interventions; including organisational structure, identifying gaps and opportunities to improve workforce performance for the Divisions - Manage and co-ordinate specialist HR activities such as (but not limited to) workforce planning, organisational change, talent management, staff recruitment and onboarding, exit management and off-boarding - Establish strong rapport and regular engagement with leadership and staff of assigned divisions to understand business/division needs and be aware of ground issue - Work closely with division to resolve HR issues/ problems/matters - Provide employees of assigned divisions with professional advice on HR policies, initiatives and processes and well-being support - Partner HR Centres of Excellence to develop/review, implement and evaluate HR policies and initiatives - Other HR/Business Partnering projects or work as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualification
- IHRP-CP certification will be preferred
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the fields of HR business partnering, HR management, workforce capability building and/or manpower planning and development, preferably in the Public Sector
- Good knowledge of HR trends and best practices
