Our products undergo extensive quality checks, testing and solving both hardware and firmware issues pre and post launch. This position plays a pivotal role in improving overall product quality by rooting out systemic failures and conducting comprehensive solutioning through tests and checks.

**What you will do**:

- Hands-on review and evaluation of incoming complaints to identify potential cases of systematic failures.
- Identify, investigate and reproduce such potential cases to understand the failure conditions and triggers, including all possible permutations in setups/ configurations/ steps that trigger in the failure.
- Foster partnerships, communicate and work with key internal stakeholders (R&D, Product, Quality and Engineering), as well as external stakeholders (Customer Care, Tech Support, HCPs, patients).
- Document all test conditions, results, and findings in detail as part of reporting.
- Be recognised and consulted as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledgeable in the firmware and software (fitting, apps) domain.
- Organize, drive, and attend meetings/discussions related to failure investigation topics as required.
- Provide and share investigation learnings as inputs to any new product introduction project planning and implementation phases.

**What you bring**:

- Experience_
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience in testing/ failure analysis/ quality management roles.
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Computer/Software/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Competent in firmware/software testing methodology and procedures, with a keen eye for detail and a high level of conscientiousness
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong and effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
