IT Engineer

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, maintain and enhance existing and new software systems
- Perform user requirement analysis and produce design specifications
- Documentation for the software system
- Design and implement systems using a variety of languages
- Provide end-user support and training for hardware and software
- Manage network & systems, firewall and storage-related issues of the company
- Maintain and provide IT support and troubleshooting for end users
- Management of software maintenance/updates (window, etc.), virus protection and endpoint protection
- Administer, support, configure and troubleshoot MS Office 365 for end users
- Provide unique data and reports requested by users
- Any other IT-related duties that are required from time to time

- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with:

- Back-End: ASP.net core with MVC and Entity Framework; ASP.net with web forms; Windows Application; Window Services; SQL to Linq; Linq Lambda Expression; Microsoft C#; Microsoft Visual Basic;
- Front-End: HTML; Angular; JavaScript; Bootstrap; CSS
- Database: Microsoft SQL Server; Database Design; Store Procedure; Trigger
