An exciting opportunity awaits YOU to be a part of this dynamic organisation. novita is looking for a sincere individual to join us as a Management Trainee (e-Commerce)
- Up to $4000 Basic + Incentives + Target Incentives
- Plan and execute promotion/sales campaign in alignment with company objectives for e-Commerce platform which includes third party platforms and current company’s e-commerce site.
- Generate and analyse relevant data and sales report to identify growth opportunities or improvement and come up with suitable, actionable proposal to drive sales and increase customer engagement and conversation rates.
- Conduct market research to understand ongoing and upcoming trends, draw conclusions and translate them to concrete follow up actions or strategies.
- Support the smooth implementation of sales activity and promotions and resolve any issues that arise.
- Collaborate closely with different department to plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and marketing strategies.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management

**Requirements**:

- Min. Diploma and above in any discipline.
- At least 2 years experience in eCommerce roles.
- Prior experience in handling Shopee, Lazada, Shopify platforms has added advantage.
- Passionate about e-commerce, sales driven and possess strong desire to make a difference.
- Able to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Have good and fast adaptability and willingness to learn and take on challenges.
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
