Field Marketing Advisor

**Boomi are **seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement within across Asia. Based in Singapore and reporting to the APJ Marketing leader in Sydney, you will collaborate closely with sales and channel teams and other departments to ensure alignment and maximize impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**: Create and implement field marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives and regional market needs.
- **Campaign Execution**: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including primarily events, trade shows, webinars, and some digital marketing initiatives.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with sales and channel teams to identify opportunities and tailor marketing efforts that support lead generation and sales goals.
- **Market Research**: Analyze regional market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- **Budget Management**: Manage field marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to enhance effectiveness.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: You must be a good communicator and be able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance marketing efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in field marketing or a similar role, preferably in the software industry.
- Partner Marketing experience is advantageous
- Proven track record of successfully executing events and marketing campaigns that drive results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems including Marketo
- Ability to travel as needed to support regional marketing activities.
