1) Toolmaker
- Monday 8.15am - 5.15pm, Saturday 8.15am to 12.15pm
- Shift Allowance: SGD10 per day for night shift allowance
- Yearly Bonus: Yes, Subject to performance
- Attendance Allowance: SGD100/month
- **Job Descriptions**_
- Work with Supervisor & Assistant Supervisor so as to maximize effectiveness and productivity in mould making and mould repair.
- Perform new mould fitting, assembly and attend trial run test.
- Analyses specifications using knowledge of tool design, mould making and assembly procedures to build tools required in manufacturing.
- Sets up and operates conventional machines to fabricate tooling components, fits and assembles these components into production tooling.
- Maintain proper record of new, repair and maintenance moulds.
- Perform tool verification inspections for every new mould.
- Provide sound solution to problem arising from daily operations.
- Identify and initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of mould related issues.
- Fabricates and assembles parts to make jigs, fixtures and gauges.
- Maintain good 5-S and cleanliness of Toolroom under his care and observe safety regulation.
- **Requirements**_
- SPM/DIPLOMA/other
- Must have 2 years of experience as a Toolmaker

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
