Provide a personalised guest service
- Assist guests with their luggage requirements
- Perform luggage deliveries and collections for guests promptly
- Provide a friendly and hospitable welcome to our guests upon arrival and a fond farewell upon departure
- Greet guests and assist with directions and other enquiries
- Attend to guests’ enquiries on tourist and related information
- Engage with guests and enhance the service based on their feedback
- Ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a professional and timely manner
- Direct vehicular flow at driveways and assists guests in and out of vehicles
- Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the luggage rooms and trolleys
- Identify and report suspicious characters, activities and items to safeguard property security
- Any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities assigned

**Qualifications**:

- At least High School or equivalent, diplomas are an advantage.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License

Experience
- At least 1 year of working experience in any porter-related field.
- minimum of 2 years driving experience
- Current working knowledge of guest servicing
