**Roles & Responsibilities**

**SALES & ADMIN COORDINATOR**

The Sales & Admin Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the sales support processes which involves liaising between different functions and handling the documentation management for smooth running of the sales functions. He/she will also provide support to some of the other administrative functions.

**Accountability**

The Sales & Admin Coordinator reports to senior sales leadership in the organization.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Coordinate among sales team by managing schedules, handling of documents, and communicating relevant information
- Archive and sort documents and data in physical and electronic form
- Handle the processing of orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform internal and external stakeholders of unforeseen delays or potential problems
- Liaising with colleagues from other departments to optimize sales

**Qualifications / Required Skills**
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Skills such as including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience in administrative work and knowledge of any Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software is preferable
- Responsible, organized, have initiative, able to multi-task with good interpersonal communication skills

Our main activities are in the design and fabrication of marine grade windows, doors, hatches, ladders and other types of hull outfittings to an interior accommodation system like lining/wall/ceiling panels and pre-fabricated sanitary modules.

In 1988, we converted to a private limited company under the name - Hock Seng Marine Engineering Pte Ltd. Subsequently in 1994, we set up a subsidiary company in Malaysia under the name - Simpac Marine Sdn Bhd to form our main manufacturing base.

In recognition of our commitment to provide quality products and services, both Hock Seng Marine Engineering Pte Ltd and Simpac Marine Sdn Bhd were awarded the LRQA ISO 9001:2005 certification in December 2018.
