**Purpose of this role**:
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:
Perform a wide variety of mechanical, electronic or electromechanical assembly operations on high precision instrument,

Follow methods and sequence of operations in performing cable routing, electronics installation and mechanical assembly

Perform assembly and testing on very small precision parts (100 ~ 500 um), which requires the use of microscope, tweezers and not micro scale fixtures

Provide feedback to support groups for improvement in sequencing or assembly method

Trained and generate NCR’s from assembly related area

Assembly and quality of work

Put empty bins kanban card into the collection of Kanban Board

Diagnose (if required with support groups) and perform rework on assemblies

Work in production improvement projects as assigned

Meet cycle time as defined in the cell playbook

Responsible to execute per the instructions of supervisor/lead

Ensure compliance of operations within area of concern with all relevant EHS regulatory requirement and SCIEX safety policies, procedures and guidelines

Other duties/ ad hoc tasks as assigned

**Basic Qualifications**:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Minimum NITEC in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronics preferred with 1 year of relevant work experience or 5 years relevant working experience in manufacturing environment

Good spoken and written English

Good electro-mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity and strong troubleshooting skills

Strong team skills, good communication skills and attention to detail are required
