Agile Coach

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to work across different layers of the enterprise model and drive the development and implementation of agile standards. The incumbent will mentor teams, deliver trainings, and facilitate agile adoption, focusing on the Bank’s Transformation program and other agile-related initiatives.
**Role and responsibilities**:
- Work across strategic, coordination, and delivery layers of the enterprise model.
- Develop and implement agile standards and assets aligned with organizational principles.
- Mentor teams in adopting agile methodologies and provide feedback for improvement.
- Organize and deliver trainings and workshops to enhance project outcomes and increase awareness and adoption of Agile principles.
- Provide support to Project teams in their implementation of Agile
- Focus on the delivery of the Global Transformation program using Agile principles.
- Implement Tribe structure between IT and Business streams of the Transformation Program.
- Conduct Team Kick-Off.
- Minimum 5 years of agile coaching experience.
- Strong communication skills for facilitating visibility and transparency.
- Practical experience with Scrum, Kanban, and/or XP practices.
- Proficient in large and small group facilitation.
- Continuous improvement mindset and understanding of agile core principles.
- Effective stakeholder management for guiding business in agile adoption.
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe, LeSS), or other scaling strategies.
- Pragmatic approach to change management.
- Nice-to-have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
- Familiarity with Atlassian Suites, especially JIRA and Confluence.
- Open to constructive criticism and receptive to improvement.
