**Responsibilities**:

- Perform **incident analysis, root cause investigation,**and ensure timely resolution of production issues.
- Build and maintain **CI/CD pipelines**using Jenkins, Bitbucket, JFrog, and related DevOps tools.
- Collaborate with L3 developers, business analysts, and infrastructure teams for fixes, deployments, and enhancements.
- Write automation scripts in **Python or Shell**for process improvement and monitoring.
- Monitor system performance and logs using **Grafana, Kibana, Elasticsearch, Dynatrace,**or similar tools.
- Ensure all activities comply with organizational standards for **change, incident, and problem management (ITIL).**
