Position: Creative Marketing Associate - Graphic Designer

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Innovative Artwork**:Develop creative and imaginative visual designs that resonate with our target audience and enhance the customer experience across all touchpoints.
- **Promotion and Detail**:Create artwork that effectively communicates promotional messages and event details through innovative and visually appealing designs.
- **Design Diversity**:Possess a versatile range of design skills and knowledge to craft visuals for various themed events and occasions, ensuring that each design aligns with its unique context.
- **Attention to Detail**:Be meticulous and concise, conducting thorough spell checks and quality assurance to deliver error-free designs.
- **Trend Research**:Stay proactive and take the initiative to research new design and media trends, incorporating them into your design work to keep our visuals fresh and engaging.
- **Keen Eye for Detail**:Pay meticulous attention to every element of design, ensuring that the final product meets high-quality standards and aligns with the company's brand guidelines.
- **Time Management**:Efficiently manage your time to meet project deadlines and handle multiple design tasks simultaneously.
- **Conceptualization**:Have the ability to conceptualize designs from scratch, bringing originality to your work, and not solely relying on template-based tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Studied Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design styles and projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive attitude towards staying updated on design trends and tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong conceptual and creative thinking abilities.

**Work Location, Remuneration Package & Benefits**:

- Office located at Club Street
- 5 days work week, 1pm to 10.30pm
- Salary from $2600 to $4000 (Commensurate with experience)
- Quarterly incentives from $1800 to $4500 (Commensurate with Company's sales target achievement and Department's KPI)
