**Position: Corporate Planning Officer**

**Work location: West**

**Work Days: Monday to Friday**

**Work Time : 0830hrs to 1730hrs
- To Execute matter with regards to corporate communication To execute company internal control, audit, and improvement activities

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute internal control and export control compliance activities.
- Organize annual general meeting (AGM)
- Organize CEO and group companies business policy meetings
- Organize performance review meetings, internal and external audits.
- Prepare and conducts trainings/ briefings/ presentation on corporate ethics, internal control, export control matter to employee.
- Update company homepage, intranet and company profile.
- Initiative continual improvement activities within department.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Diploma or Degree in related field
- Preferred 2 years of experience in relevant experience
