**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
We are looking for a proactive Career Development Associate to join our Staffing & Career Development team in Europe/APAC. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day deployment and maintenance of our performance management tool. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, a high level of motivation to work as part of a global career development team, and a solutions-oriented approach.
This is a permanent part-time position and will be based in the Singapore Office.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the preparation of performance review meetings for our consultants in Europe and APAC
- Maintain the performance management tool
- Evaluate and implement new programmes and tools to enhance the career development of our people
- Own all career development related analysis and reporting
- Active involvement in new initiatives / global alignment
- Manage day-to-day career development and performance management tasks
**WHO YOU ARE**
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field
- Experience in a similar role
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and independent way of working
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and a data-driven mindset
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skill
