Analyst, Cash Operations Investigation Specialist, Institutional Banking Group Operations

Business FunctionGroup Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channelsResponsibilitiesSupport & contribute towards the smooth operations of the IBG T&O SG Cash Ops remittance function, whilst ensuring adherence to established standards and controls* Investigate and resolve customers' remittances queries in accordance with the established service level agreement and payment guidelines* Work closely with business/service units, agent/correspondent banks to resolve remittance queries* Process failed remittances in accordance to procedures without compromising quality during the process* Adhere to agreed high service levels for turnaround time and industry /currency cut-off times* Ensure proficiency over established Standard Operating Procedures and compliance against all relevant policies, standards and guidelines* Timely reporting and escalation of risk events/incidents, control issues, suspicious transactions and presidential complaint for appropriate action* Contribute constructively toward improvement initiatives & projects in relation to risk management, process improvement, cost reduction etc.* Required to work on weekends to provide support for adhoc live verification tests* Ad-hoc duties assign by Team ManagerRequirements* Good knowledge of Remittance products and understanding of risk and controls* Good verbal & written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills* Team player with collaborative attitude* Possess good problem solving and analytical skills, keen eye for detail* Ability to work with speed, accuracy in a fast-pace environment* Ability to deliver under tight deadlines and work under pressure independently* Strong knowledge in intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (v-lookup, pivot table)* Possess high computer literacy skill to adapt to the various systems used in Cash operationsApply nowWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognizes your achievements.
