**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare financial reports and closing process on a monthly, half-yearly and annually basis
- Review and ensure compliance of accounting procedures, guidelines and policies
- Provide regular and ad-hoc management information to facilitate business review and decision making
- Handle all tax issues and liaise with tax agents, auditors, and corporate secretaries
- Support yearly statutory audit and local statutory reporting
- Develop and maintain financial databases, financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process
- Prepare all payments with the relevant supporting documentation
- Responsible for internal control on cash flow forecast
- Responsible for monthly management analysis and reports
- Administer the day-to-day operation of collections from customers
- Handle fixed assets account and updating of financial module
- Responsible for all Finance matters, HR and Office administration
- Prepare quarterly GST submission
- Prepare monthly CPF submission
- To assist in any other work assigned

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Lower Secondary Qualification (preferred)
