**Vice President, Credit Specialties**

**What can you expect?**

This will be an exceptional opportunity to collaborate and work alongside a highly motivated, well established and professional placement team based in Singapore. You will join as a professional individual contributor and be part of Marsh’s Credit Specialties team in Asia taking a key role in the management, servicing and growth of existing client accounts. You will also get access to colleague resource groups across the globe that provides mentorship and development opportunities to help you build a sense of connection and community throughout your career.

**We will count on you to**:

- Independently manage key Credit Specialties accounts and be responsible for key deliverables and revenue.
- Devise strategies for penetrating existing and new accounts to grow revenue year on year.
- Proactively identify and develop new Credit Specialties prospects / opportunities, either independently, or with support from team heads and assume an annual new business target associated with this.
- Be familiar with business budgeting processes and monitor performance against budget.

**What you need to have**:

- Bachelor in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Finance or Banking ideally.
- Strong trade credit insurance, political risk insurance and surety knowledge with 5-10 years of related work experience.
- Good experience in managing Asian based clients in both public and private sectors.
- Possess broad technical knowledge across commodity finance, trade finance, asset backed finance and project finance transactions.
- Pro-active and able to work independently.
- Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Strong relationships with insurers
- A self-starter with a proactive and energetic approach
