ASPIRE55 Pte Ltd is recruiting for a Active Ageing Senior Fitness Programme Executive (Full-Time) for our clubhouse,focused on pro-active healthy ageing. You will have access to the latest globally innovative training and equipment for active ageing, enabling older adults over 50s in Singapore to be stronger, healthier and more energetic as they age. You will also be spearheading social, health and lifestyle programmes that will engage our members and create a ‘kampong spirited’ community.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Seniors Fitness Training Programmes
- Conduct strength training workout and other related exercise programmes for members
- Review, oversee and update members’ strength training programmes, in discussion with the members, Clubhouse Manager and part-time trainers
- Document changes in members’ physical and health condition, and if applicable precautions to take note when working out with members or designing training programme for these members.

Members Functional Assessment and Review
- Conduct functional assessments with members and provide consultation on the assessment results and fitness goals
- Analyse members’ fitness progress reports to supplement internal research and benchmarking analysis

Membership relations and activities
- Build good rapport with members and create a fun, lively and happy clubhouse environment
- Develop and execute fun and creative fitness-related programmes for members
- Support membership sales and renewals

Clubhouse Management
- Oversee operation and maintenance of the Clubhouse
- Oversee the management of workout schedule for trainers
- Support in enhancing ASPIRE55 Fitness Programme Standard Operating Procedures (“SOP”)
- Where required, to support the admin related work

Business Development
- Support any business development initiatives for the Company, as a whole.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum ITE or Diploma qualifications in Sports Science, Physiotherapy or Personal Training certification (ACSM, ACE or equivalent)
- CPR and AED certification
- Well versed with MS Office and fast learner to use company software/ online tools
- Outgoing, sporty, fun, innovative, positive personality
- Strong communication skills
- Good written and verbal English language and preferably, one other language/ dialect
- Must enjoy interacting with older people (above 50 years old)
- Client-focus, adept at building and maintaining positive client relationships
- Proactive attitude with a passion for contributing to business growth
- Ability to effectively collaborate and adapt to changing business situations/ requirements
