**What the role is**

The Innovation Eco-system Development team drives the effort to strengthen the ecosystem for Singapore enterprises to form an innovative economy. We also identify, catalyse and drive both local and regional platforms for market-led innovation and related thematic projects, in order to strengthen Singapore’s position as a test-bedding and scale up hub.

**What you will be working on**

You will support the Innovation Eco-system Development team’s Innovation Infrastructure policy initiatives that aim to assist companies in their technology development and innovation capability development by working with key eco-system partners.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Engaging key stakeholders to understand the technology needs of local enterprises in different industry needs, as aligned with the various Industry Transformation Maps (ITMs) for their industries;
- Working with innovation partners such as the Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) and Research Institutes on collaborative initiatives and programmes to harness their capabilities to support enterprises in their innovation journeys;
- Undertaking strategic and programme reviews and assessing project proposals that enable companies to develop their innovation capabilities for growth; and
- Supporting the tracking and reporting of direct and indirect commercial outcomes for the enterprises arising from ESG’s interventions.

**What we are looking for**

A background in Business, Engineering or Technology related disciplines would be advantageous. You should be independent, resourceful and self-motivated. You should have good interpersonal, communication and writing skills, as well as strategic thinking skills.
You should be an innovative and dynamic individual, with unique combination of entrepreneurship experience, business acumen and strong interpersonal skills. You should also process customer-facing skills and be able to speak with confidence about Enterprise Singapore’s mandates.
