**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute product installations, product upgrades, patch installations and hot fix installations
- Responsible for Database implementations
- Perform database server capacity planning and house keeping of all database objects on regular basis
- Responsible for Datawarehouse configuration and setup
- Support Tableau Application License update, User management and software upgrades
- Monitor and report on database performance and health check status, Performance tuning suggestion when required.

- Support Database Migrations and Upgrades
- Perform manual data change and ad-hoc data requests sucessfully
- Build Disaster recovery solution and High Availability solution like Always-on
- 24*7 Support for any Critical incidents
- Performance issue troubleshooting
- Planning, coordination and Database migration to AWS Cloud on Postgres architecture
- Database maintenance
- Data backups using Cohesity and Database Index maintenance
- Perform daily system health check
- SQL Security best practice implementation
- Hardening of Database Servers
- Implementation of TDE Encryption
- Configuration of automated alerting system
- Access Management
- Implementation of Salesforce. Talent API Installation, Configuration and Maintenance
- Implement changes through Change Management Process on system components. Ensure change impact is evaluated, contingency plan and test plans are created to support the change request.
- Identify, isolate, resolve, escalate and close incident/problem ticket according to ITSM Incident/Problem Management Process.

**Requirments**
- A Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or relevant certification courses.
- At least 5 years’ experience in Microsoft SQL Database Administrator.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, meticulous and organized.
- Good knowledge and experience in managing Windows operating systems would have an added advantage.
- Good knowledge in AWS Cloud would have an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal, written, oral communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- A positive work attitude.
