**Job Purpose
To provide administrative support to the Membership Engagement directorate in the management and operation of member and non-member queries. As part of a team, the post holder will ensure a consistent approach to operations which will result in high-quality and reliable reporting.

**Key Achievements & Responsibilities
- Provide a consistent, high-quality, approach to the creation and management of Customer Service Requests for Membership Support teams in the Membership Engagement directorate.
- Support and respond to select enquiries into the Membership Engagement Directorate within RICS SLA.
- To record, update and amend customer information on internal database to ensure accurate data.
- To create and send amended documentation to members based upon their request using Mail Merge features.

**Expected Outcomes
- Efficient and accurate handling of data entry tasks
- First contact resolution for all enquiries
- Adhere to Quality Assurance Procedures within RICS
- Accurate and timely monthly stats

**Experience Required
- Possess excellent communication skills with a genuine passion to providing outstanding customer service.
- A significant attention-to-detail and focus in administrative tasks
- Efficiency and accuracy across administrative tasks such as data entry
- Ability to quickly identify data-quality issues and provide resolution.
- A sound understanding and ability to work with Microsoft packages
- Highly organised with an ability to prioritise work to ensure deadlines are met
- An eager, flexible, team worker who is committed and conscientious
