Executive/senior Executive Employee Benefits

As a Executive/Snr Executive, you are responsible for all the business aspects of the EB account, in order to ensure that all risks in relation to employees are adequately covered by insurance or other risk transfer alternatives.
- Critically, the team must be pro-active to foster an effective tripartite relationship between client, the insurer and CDGI, and to hold claims analysis meeting as and when required by clients.
- To meet and exceed service standards, to resolve any conflicts both internally and externally while taking a pro-active approach to all aspects of development, account management, tender management, renewal management and service delivery in relation to EB Program.
- Handle customer complaints against insurer and panel clinic provider.
- To implement and manage the effective delivery of key customer programs including communication / health & wellness strategies, employee roadshows, issue resolution, claims and regular servicing programmes.
- To develop and maintain meaningful working relationships with insurers, clients and colleagues through regular contact and liaison.
- To actively develop additional business / grow revenue from existing portfolio.
- To ensure the timely collection of all monies due from clients, to ensure the prompt payment to the insurer.
- To maintain an awareness of all large and potentially complicated claim related matters and assist claims personnel in the negotiation of equitable claim settlements on behalf of client.
- To keep abreast of all new technical, product developments, changing market conditions and to inform his/her account team members, clients of major developments affecting various types of coverage, including recommending appropriate proposals to clients where necessary.
- To have the necessary technical, product and market knowledge across all EB products, including the self-drive, initiative, professional presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels including Senior Management, to conclude account negotiations / renewal exercise with the insurance markets.
- We can recommend/implement Wellness and Health Promotion programs. Corporate Wellness programs play a critical role in producing successful retention rates, higher rates of productivity and a healthier work force. This can range from the arrangement of free Health Talks by Doctors to staff on a variety of topics such as Chronic Diseases, Prevention of Diabetes etc. To ensure client needs are identified and to ensure successful employee engagement and high customer satisfaction.
- To conduct Gap analysis and industry or peer benchmarking, to ensure client is kept abreast of trends.
- To ensure Compliance with corporate governance and all regulatory requirements including complying with MAS rules and regulations. This will include discussions and getting Management approval on new and renewal proposals, major client issues, placements and alternative solutions.
