**Responsibilities**:

- **Supporting Project Delivery**: Support infrastructure implementation by:

- Liaising with stakeholders and clients to understand business needs and technical requirements,
- Educating and consulting internal stakeholders on technical feasibility,
- Translating high-level technical requirements into infrastructure configurations and documentation, and
- Ensuring that solutions are designed with customer user experience, scale/performance, security and operability in mind.
- **Infrastructure Maintenance**: Responsible for major maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and executing upgrades to infrastructure systems
- **Infrastructure Performance Optimization**: Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability by identifying potential bottlenecks, key infrastructure operations issues and maintenance priorities, recommending and collaborating with relevant internal teams to implement preventive solutions. Activities include but are not limited to:

- Assist with infrastructure testing and ongoing optimisation or changes such as scheduled upgrades and updates
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
- Support the improvement of maintenance capability by using automation for upgrades, enterprise backup and storage
- **CI/CD Pipelines Design**:Design, build and maintain the software development pipeline automation with its related tool sets (e.g. JIRA, BitBucket, Jenkins, etc.) to enable Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD)**.**

**Requirements**:

- Prior working experience or exposure in any of the following areas:

- DevOps automation, containerisation and orchestration using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes
- Hybrid Infrastructure Cloud and on-premise with VMware, Azure, and AWS
- Monitoring and logging - ELK, Grafana, Prometheus
- CI/CD implementation using Bitbucket actions and other features of Bitbucket
- Installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows and Linux-based environments
- Nginx, Kafka, Redis, RabbitMQ and other middleware
- Scripting (e.g., shell scripts, Perl, Ruby, Python)
- Strong understanding of virtualization and networking (OSI network layers, TCP/IP), network security
- Commit to completing the full training programme (18 months)
- This programme is open only to Singaporeans or PRs who are who are at least 40 years old (note: only for TeSA Mid-Career Advance roles)
- We are also looking for role based in the Philippines.
