**About the Role**
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic **IT Sales Intern** to join our **Sales & Business Development** team at North Bridge Road, Singapore. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students who are eager to gain real-world experience in technology sales and business development. You will work closely with our experienced sales professionals to understand customer needs, support sales operations, and contribute to the company’s growth strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the sales team in **lead generation and prospecting** activities.
- Conduct **market research** to identify potential business opportunities and customer segments.
- Support the preparation of **sales presentations, proposals, and client communications**.
- Maintain and update **CRM databases** with accurate client and sales activity information.
- Participate in **client meetings and sales calls** to observe and learn effective selling techniques.
- Assist in **follow-up communication** with potential and existing clients.
- Help analyze **sales performance data** and prepare regular internal reports.
- Coordinate with the **marketing team** to align sales efforts with ongoing campaigns and lead pipelines.
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing a **Bachelor’s degree** in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Strong **communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills**.
- Demonstrated **interest and enthusiasm for sales and business development**.
- Excellent **organizational skills** with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)**.
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
