Senior Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cloud Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Cloud Operations Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, with a focus on Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, Micro Services, Office 365, and Citrix Cloud. Your expertise in scripting and cloud automation will be crucial in ensuring efficient and reliable cloud operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of our cloud-based systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions on Microsoft Azure, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
- Administer and support Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication for end users.
- Develop and maintain scripts and automation workflows to streamline cloud operations and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure and services, proactively identifying and resolving performance issues, bottlenecks, and vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud security measures, including identity and access management, network security, and data protection.
- Stay up to date with the latest cloud technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.
- Participate in capacity planning, performance tuning, and disaster recovery exercises to ensurehigh availability and business continuity.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Cloud Operations Engineer or a similar role, with a focus on MicrosoftAzure, Kubernetes, Micro Services, Office 365, and Citrix Cloud.
- Strong scripting skills, with proficiency in languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud automation and configuration management tools, such as Ansible, Terraform, or Azure Automation.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, containerization, and orchestration using Kubernetes.
- Experience administering and supporting Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
- Proficiency in managing and optimizing Citrix Cloud solutions, such as Virtual Apps and Desktops.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools for deployment and configuration management.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, Office 365, and Citrix Cloud.
- Experience with other cloud platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or similar tools.
- Understanding of network concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN.
