**Responsibilities**:
Conceptualize concept and schematic designs;
Carry out feasibility studies and present design proposals;
Prepare tender documentation, schedules and material specifications;
Liaise and discuss project-relevant issues with clients;
Oversee progress of on-site work and resolves any arising issues;
Liaise and coordinate with consultants and contractors;
Authority submission
Contract administration

**Requirements**:
Recognized Degree in Architecture or equivalent
Well-versed in authority submission process, requirements and guidelines;|
Familiar with Autocad/Sketchup/MS Project
