**Job Description
1. Process Improvement
- To identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement and streamline workflows and eliminate waste.

2. Production Planning and Control
- To develop production schedules, determine resource requirements, and establish production targets to meet customer demand while minimizing costs and inventory levels. To be able to forecast demand, capacity planning, and balancing production lines.

3.Facility Layout and Design
- Ability to design and layout manufacturing facilities to maximize efficiency, safety, and space utilization. Improve workflow, equipment placement, and ergonomic considerations to create an optimized work environment.

4. Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma

5. Cost Analysis and Budgeting
- To analyse production costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and develop budgets to control expenses and maximize profitability. Involve evaluating equipment, labour costs, and overhead expenses to optimize resource allocation.

6. Human Factors Engineering
- To consider human factors such as ergonomics, safety, and worker efficiency when designing workstations and processes. To create a safe and ergonomic work environment that enhances productivity and reduces the risk of injuries.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and quality assurance to implement process improvements and resolve issues.

8. Lead and participate in project teams focused on improving manufacturing efficiency, capacity, and quality.

9. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related industry.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as Minitab or JMP.
- Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
- Experience with Six Sigma methodologies and process optimization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software and simulation tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in semiconductor manufacturing environments.
