**The Role**:
As a Video Producer at Hogarth you will be responsible for managing the production of interactive visuals for clients. You will work with the broadcast production team to ensure the assigned projects are produced to a high creative standard, delivered on time and within the agreed budget. This will be a 3 months contract role with possibility of extension or conversion. Ideally we are looking for someone who can join the team in December 2024.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Craft, produce, and execute multifaceted video projects
- Work to ensure production workflow is adhered to and define, communicate, and enforce production standards
- Arrange briefings with the client/agency, find out proposed budget, agree a quote, assign lead operators, book suite time, conduct kick-off meetings, schedule client reviews, distribute feedback, track costs, and manage project progress
- Attend and take notes during all briefings/reviews and circulate information to Producers/Account Managers where necessary
- Be responsible for checking that all materials required for a job have been requested and are logged on the system in the correct place
- Check and sign off invoices before going to client/agency and send regular updates of costs incurred so far
- Continually define ways to increase client satisfaction and deepen client relationships
- Display an understanding of the technologies used, to project-manage the work

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 5 years experience working as a Producer for a Post Production facility.
- Make sure that the assigned projects are produced to a high creative standard, delivered on time and within the agreed budget
- Be happy to work on versioning
- Knowledge of After Effects, Maya, Flame, Smoke, Final Cut and AFX
- Be results driven and determined to add value
- Maintain lasting client relationships internally and externally
- Reinforce team approach throughout development efforts
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive not reactive
- Keen to commit on freelance basis
