To augment our enterprise digital transformation offerings, we recently incorporated a new business consulting unit with a dedicated team of expert consultants into our operations.

Toku is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of AI to lead its AI department in Singapore. As a Company that provides cloud-based solutions in the customer engagement space for the enterprise segment, we are looking for a Head of AI to help us reimagine customer experience through the use of generative and conversational AI.

**What will you be doing?**

As the Head of AI, you will be responsible for developing and leading the AI strategy and roadmap for Toku's communications and customer engagement platform, with a focus on generative and conversational AI that provide high-quality output in a natural and intuitive manner.
- Develop and lead the AI strategy and roadmap for Toku's offering, with a focus on generative and conversational AI.
- Grow and manage a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers to develop generative and conversational AI solutions that improve communications and customer engagement.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for generative and conversational AI to drive innovation and improve efficiency in our technology ecosystem.
- Conduct research and experimentation to develop new AI models and algorithms that can enhance our customer engagement solutions.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of Toku’s AI solutions through rigorous testing and validation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful implementation of AI solutions across Toku's customer engagement solutions.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and ensure Toku stays ahead of the curve in enhancing customer experience (CX) and employee experience (EX) through its communications and customer engagement platform.

**We'd love to hear from you if you have**:

- A relevant university degree with honours in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
- 8+ years of experience in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning, preferably with a focus on generative and conversational AI.
- Strong understanding of generative and conversational AI concepts, methodologies, and technologies.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++.
- Experience with AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
