**Your Role**:

- Prepare cocktails, wines, and beverages with skill and consistency
- Engage with guests at the bar and tables, recommending drinks to suit their mood or meal
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
- Support the FOH team in creating a seamless dining and drinking experience
- Contribute ideas for seasonal or signature drinks to keep our menu exciting
- Handle COGs

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience behind the bar (restaurants, hotels, or bars welcome)
- Good knowledge of both cocktails and wines
- A guest-focused attitude: personable, approachable, and engaging
- Reliability, efficiency, and pride in presentation
- Able to exemplify the image and vibe of the restaurant/bar
