Roles & Responsibilities

You will be based in Singapore, and be involved in solutions project delivery and pre sales initiative delivery.

Design, construct, test, implement and optimize Business Analytics and Business Intelligence solutions to corporate customers

Participate in solution implementations, upgrades, enhancements and conversions

Collect detailed user and technical requirements.

Work with others to analyze collected requirements, translate into project solutions, and ensure that identified solutions meet customer needs and expectations.

Gather and prepare data to support analytics from a variety of data source types including databases, flat files, external sources, etc. as necessary

Conduct and lead client white-boarding sessions, workshops, design sessions, and project meetings as needed, playing a key role in client relations

Produce analytics using various analytics software (Tableau, Qlik, Cognos, SPSS etc.)

Produce documentation to aid both users of analytics and administrators of the software and database platforms related to the analytics produced

Work closely with clients in both IT and business, with an understanding and sensitivity toward of the diverse needs of each group

Manage project related activities like requirements gathering, providing technical solution design, proposal review, SLA review, project costing, vendor interaction, and infrastructure sizing and review.

**REQUIREMENTS**

Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent with a minimum of 3+ years of experience developing business analytics

Understanding of Business Intelligence patterns (standard data modelling approaches, analytics platforms, approaches to data presentation and consumption)

Expert-level proficiency with analytics development using common tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik etc.)

Consulting experience; experience estimating level of effort for analytics and data work, creating proposals, and managing workload

Comfort in leading an analytics effort independently or working as part of a project team

Outstanding communication skills along with the aptitude for thought leadership in analytics

Demonstrated passion for analytics/BI and the ability to communicate its value as a strategic business advantage

Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and analytics techniques
