DESIGNATION : [Simmtech SE ASIA] Accounting Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle full sets of accounts, GST and compliance matters.
- Maintain and administer on accounting matters for the portfolio of clients
- Weekly validation of invoices
- Credit/Debit notes to be updated for all RMA
- Validation of payment to factories
- Responsible for full spectrum of payroll functions in relation to the portfolio of clients (monthly CPF contribution, IR8A tax submission)
- Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Business Related Diploma
- Working experience : 3 years or more
- Language Ability : English(mandatory), Korean(Preference)
- Other requirement : MS Office - Proficiency
