**JOB DESCRIPTION**
As an Analyst in G10 rates sales you will be responsible with the day-to-day execution of all interest rate products in USD, JPY, AUD, and NZD during the Asian session.

**Job responsibilities**
- Pitching and dealing interest rate products with a broad range of clients (asset managers, insurance accounts, pension funds, banks, sovereign wealth funds, hedge funds, etc).
- Work with our global trading partners, syndicate and research to provide comprehensive client coverage, including market updates, the execution of client orders and providing clients with market intelligence.
- Responsible for the trade execution process including trade booking, new issue order taking and general sales back-up across the desk.
- Proficiency in identifying market drivers and product lingo while showing a high degree of interest in learning about other products while developing a cross-product skill set.

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in financial services
- Solid numerical background - ideally with a grounding in Interest Rate Derivatives
- Some experience in rates products and an understanding of macroeconomics a bonus
- Creative problem solver who performs well under pressure; ability to learn quickly, multi-task and self-manage priorities
- Strong team player that is detail oriented with a highly disciplined approach to process and quality control
- Effective communication skills to interact with internal partners and clients

**Preferred Qualifications, capabilities and skills**
- Experience with volatility products in rates and/or FX is preferred
- High degree of organization and attention to detail, and the ability to perform well in high pressure situations with the appropriate degree of urgency.
