Production Planner

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, track, and report production schedules to ensure efficiency.
- Monitor daily workloads, update Operations Manager on in-house production hours, and provide job status reports.
- Analyze production performance using material and control systems.
- Coordinate with supervisors to sequence production and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor quality, service, and delivery issues, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Review customer orders/drawings, generate job sheets, and ensure requirements are met.
- Plan inspection requirements and track productivity metrics (efficiency, machine utilization).
- Collaborate with sales to align production and delivery schedules.
- Estimate job costs based on drawings and provide quotes to the internal sales team.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate/Diploma in Precision Engineering.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project).
- Strong technical, analytical, and multitasking skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player with good communication skills.
