Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for a Project Management Officer, Transformation.
The Project Management Officer, Transformation (PMO) will be accountable and responsible for partnering with the ASPAC Transformation office, SEA Medtech Leadership Team and Franchise Leadership Teams to:
- Effectively manage the transformation project for DePuy Synthes franchise
- Implement the governance model, communication processes, and project management tools to successfully deliver business commitments and project deliverables.
- Drive effective communication and alignment to business strategy throughout the organization, leveraging change management and communication resources.
- Quantify and influence decision making to achieve business transformation objectives, with attention to quality, growth and cost/complexity reduction within franchises and regions.
**Responsibilities**:
Lead, facilitate and manage a team of commercial and cross-functional project contributors in an inclusive, high-performance team environment to:
- Plan, execute, and control the project schedule; identify and managing project risks. Project dates and gates to be communicated and shared to SEA LTs after cascading it down to the market leaders.
- Identify and secure required resources and funding; including inventory monitoring across sales channels and serve as primary point of contact for related discussions with respective SEA markets.
- Manage the project team and monitor budget and key financials & implications to be discussed with SEA & APAC LTs
- Lead the development of the applicable Goals & Objectives, Metrics and Targets to ensure robust performance and financial reporting of project.
- Identify key performance indicators; drive accountability to achieve program success.
- Identify, manage and effectively and promptly communicate interdependencies and risks amongst stakeholders
- Communicates timelines and track performance vs plan across all functional partners and country leadership team to drive the project forward in a timely and regular manner.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field required.
- 7+ years of experience in sales or marketing in Medical Device, Robotics, Digital, Capital or Healthcare sector.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with multiple partners across a matrix organization is required.
- The ability to prioritize and to successfully lead multiple projects/priorities as the directly responsible individual (DRI) in a fast-paced, environment is required.
- Ability to establish a vision, a project plan and then execute proactively, be it independently or within a team, is required.
- Exceptional interpersonal, professionalism and presentation skills are required.
