**Ops Systems Maintenance Support**

Assisting contractor to coordinate with Ops systems users, 3rd party vendors for the necessary resources and budget to implement enhancement works. Assisting contractor to obtain the necessary technical information to carry out enhancement work and/or to resolve technical issues. Monitoring contractor's progress of contractor for the approved enhancement works. Alert Contractor to response and attend to MHA's NCSC security alerts. Provide the necessary support such as obtain clearance for Contractor to carry out the necessary duties such as PM, patch work, deployment, replacement of equipment, etc Participate, coordinate and/or leading special maintenance activities such as DR exercise, deployment exercise involving 3rd parties.

**Incidents Management**

Ensure contractor for the assigned Ops system attend to incident ticket/incident promptly and in accordance to SLA as stipulated in the contract. Ensure Contractor record and resolve all issues and escalate to their sub-contractor to resolve the problem. Escalate and report incident to Management as and when required.

**Management reporting**

Assist in arranging regular work progress and maintenance meetings Ensure Contractor submit monthly reports to report on the work status of the Ops system in charge. Ensure all SLA as stipulated in the contract are met.

**Contract Management**

Responsible to provide contract management support for the assigned Ops system which include - Seeking approval for contract renewal/extension, mid-life upgrade, variation and others. - Contract Payment processing **Audit and Compliance**

Assist and/or responsible in following activities:

- Annual asset stock take Audit exercise
- Annual Security baseline review
- User access review
- Privileged accounts reviews
- Cybersecurity Risk Assessment

**Asset Management**

Responsible for maintaining the Master inventory for the assigned Ops systems.

Responsible for helping the end-user in the following asset management roles
- Capitalisation of asset,
- Asset transfer,
- Stock take.
- Asset disposal,
- Hard disk degaussing,
- other related activities

**Contract Management**

Responsible to provide contract management support for the assigned Ops system which include - Seeking approval for contract renewal/extension, mid-life upgrade, variation and others.
- Contract Payment processing

**Ad[1]Hoc Requests/Proj ects**

Responsible for helping the customer to conduct training and presentations, or any requirement related to assigned Op systems. E.g. conduct customer satisfaction survey of incumbent contractor.

**Team Player**

Must be a good team player and support other team mates to resolve incidents on time. Must be self-initiative to support on out of office hours and weekend without invalid reasons. Technically competent and KT to all team mates to make everyone aware about the new process or activity which was on going. Completion of work hours within the provided timeline of task

**Experience**:

- Project management: 5 years (preferred)
- IT Infra Project Manager: 5 years (preferred)
