Senior Executive, My Health Map, RHso

Reporting to the Senior Manager overseeing My Health Map (MHM), NUHS’ signature preventive health management programme for population health, you will support the cluster-wide implementation of MHM at NUHS institutions, primary care and community partners. The incumbent will also work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver the desired outcome of MHM in NUHS’ population health strategies in our Regional Health Plan.
Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following:
1) Project management
- Support the operationalisation and implementation of My Health Map (MHM) across NUHS cluster institutions, polyclinics, GPs and community partners.
- Work with internal stakeholders to improve process, develop digital enhancements, smoothen operations workflows and trouble-shoot issues.
- Coordinate the communications and engagement of MHM to internal and external partners and stakeholder.
- Track and report MHM enrolment targets.
- Track MHM implementation progress, work plan activities and budget.
2) Secretariat support - organize and support internal and external meetings for the MHM workgroup. Coordinate meeting schedules and materials; writing of minutes of meetings; and follow up on matters arising.
3) Support in strategic planning and administrative function of the workgroup - draft papers and presentation slides for management reporting and presentations; support in submission of work plan updates and reports to Cluster.
**Requirements**:
- Good degree in any discipline, preferably in Life Sciences, Business Administration etc.
- At least 1 year of working experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Interested in project management and is detail-oriented
- Being comfortable with ambiguity, complex dynamics and change management.
- Possess confidence to work with internal and external stakeholders of different levels.
- Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines.
- Ability to appreciate, interpret and communicate data in deriving insights and value proposition.
- Good analytical and organization skills.
- Excellent communication, problem solving, writing and presentation skills.
