**About the Role**:We are seeking an **Associate / Senior Associate - Structured Credit**to join a high-growth fintech platform headquartered in Singapore. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership across Singapore and Southeast Asia, and play a pivotal part in managing and scaling a robust consumer financing loan book across the region. You will be embedded within the Capital Markets team and be exposed to a dynamic environment involving cross-functional collaboration, international debt markets, and innovative financing solutions. This position reports directly to the SVP of Capital Markets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the structuring and execution of debt financing and refinancing transactions across their lifecycle - including due diligence, negotiations, structuring, and legal documentation.
- Monitor portfolio performance, financial covenants, and contribute to capital planning with actionable insights.
- Build and manage day-to-day relationships with a diverse set of international lenders.
- Prepare materials for lender engagement, including pitch decks, financial models, and performance reports.
- Conduct market research and analysis of industry trends and regulatory updates in Southeast Asia.
- Provide additional support for international business expansion initiatives as required.

**Qualifications**:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or other quantitative disciplines.

**Required Skills**:

- At least 2 years of relevant experience in structured finance, debt advisory, credit risk management, or private debt; experience in client-facing roles is preferred.
- Solid foundation in financial modeling, credit analysis, and structuring, with commercial acumen and attention to detail.
- Exposure to legal and tax structuring in transactions is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record of delivering results under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter, highly motivated, and a collaborative team player with a strong growth mindset.
