The User Growth team plays a core role in the acquisition, activation, and retention of billions of users through our globally popular products such as TikTok, Resso, CapCut, Helo, etc. We are building platforms, leveraging data & ML models, and providing end-to-end solutions to power the global growth of TikTok products. Typical growth projects include paid ads, referrals, notifications, etc.
- Responsible for the user growth marketing platform, including but not limited to the planning and construction of settlement/CRM/purchasing products, and support the marketing growth of TikTok's global products.
- Responsible for the construction of the user growth settlement system. Plan and realize the digitalization of financial provision, account reconciliation, payment and other modules; responsible for the specification and analysis of various settlement business data indicators to ensure data quality.
- Responsible for CRM product design and maintenance. Conduct in-depth business research, plan and design business processes for user growth. Improve partner management qualities through business online and data capabilities to ensure the efficiency, effectiveness and security of internal and external cooperation within the company.
- Coordinate internal and external resources of the team, ensure efficient operation of the project, and control product launch quality and business impact.
**Qualifications**:
- More than 3 years of product work experience, CRM/purchasing/settlement or large complex system experience is preferred.

- Have strong communication, coordination and project management capabilities; can effectively organize and drive the implementation of projects in cross-functional environments.
- Have strong product abstraction and process design capabilities, product architecture capabilities, and be able to independently design complex business processes and product solutions.
- Good project management, product design, PRD writing ability, familiar with Axure RP, Sketch, XMind and other design tools.
