**Purpose statement**:
To assist and support in sorting, purifying, quantifying and QC sampling of custom oligo nucleotides based on customer orders.
**Essential Functions**:
- Performs lab cleaning and decontamination protocols.
- Perform purification of oligos
- Use of various custom software to complete task
- Use of various laboratory equipment to process purified oligos
- Quantifies and samples oligos for quality control tests
- Ensure final products meet yield and quality checks.
- Assist in creating training material
- Practice safe work practices and comply with company safety policy.
- Comply with company’s Quality Policy and adhere to ISO 9001 Standards & requirements.
- Performs other duties as assigned
**Education**:
- ITE certified /Diploma in science related field or an equivalent combination of education & experience required.
**Professional Experience**:
- Must be comfortable working with chemicals and follow proper safety and handling instructions.
- Must have ability to learn basic knowledge of HPLC and oligonucleotide manufacturing processes
