Npw Engineer

**Job description**:

- Under Production Department, in Manufacturing Excellence sub-department.
- Ensure enough qualification and conditioning wafers for daily tool qualification, tool recovery, and other activities. Achieved by daily monitoring, housekeeping, and new starts.
- Forecast and manage cost and inventory, keeping to budget and storage targets, and ensuring sufficient stock for the future.
- Improvement projects on cost, turnover, efficiency etc. involving IT, process engineers, manufacturing operators, as well as frequent data analysis.
- Complete the set up of NPW team, including new report publication, operator daily meetings, alignment on task differentiation with production, and certification of NPW MA.
- Account for new tool move in for mid/long-term cost/inventory planning, and align with P&E on NPW required and targets that need to be updated in the short-term

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineer/Manufacturing field
- Motivated, independent worker
- Team player and able to communicate/well verse with other operations departments
- Enjoys working with data and learning some technical process knowledge
- To be able to perform in a high visibility job that will interact with upper management
