Roles and Responsibilities

Providing IT support on server and storage requests issues across the company and customers’ sites
Diagnose and provide solutions to server and storage issues/problems. Activate vendor support resources when necessary.
Monitor and Secure system, network and computers and ensure timely security patches, firmware update and hardening in place.
Create and maintain user accounts, access and records on new user on-boarding, changes or off-boarding.
Always keep up-to-date IT assets (Hardware/Software & Licenses) for customers
Create and update documentations, technical SOPs and forms.
Assist in IT Audits including provide evidence and work on remediation.
Assess risks and ensure compliance of existing IT implementations and new roll outs.
Participate in Systems Implementation Activities
Participate in Standby Duty Rotation

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Diploma with at least 5 years relevant experience or Degree in Information Technology / Computer Engineering or equivalent with at least 2 - 3 years relevant experience.
Experience in supporting managed service environment
Good communication skills and a self-starter who able to work independently.
Good time management and know how to prioritize tasks and projects.
Certification for Windows Servers, Virtualization and Storage is preferred

**Required Skills**:
Familiar and experienced with ITIL processes, Audit & Compliance and Project Management.
Good working knowledge in Windows Productivity Solutions
Good working knowledge in Virtualisation, Storage and Backup Solutions
